Dear reader,
this blog is intended to concentrate information required for practical purpose, and so the posts will be as much as accurate and useful as possible.
In an era where information is more abundant than ever, filtering it becomes a necessity, otherwise we risk to sink in the sea of news.
It is said that knowledge is power, but i would rather say that knowing what knowledge to acquire and how to use your knowledge is power.
One can read thousands of books and articles, but that won’t make that person wiser. it will only add something to his bag of knowledge and it will be like a basement filled with all kind of stuff, kept just in case that they’ll will be used in the future. Most people don’t focus their energy in the major aspects of their life and thus they fill their mind with useless information having the false belief that it will be useful in a distant future.
Coming back to the basement comparison, how much of the stuff from the basement will be ever used?
If the basement space becomes really cluttered, then i’d say that you won’t even go to the basement anymore. Years will pass and you will still bring more stuff to the basement and leave it there forgotten.
In order to really make usage of the stuff from the basement, you have to arrange and order it in a way to allow you to easily remember and access it.
Therefor, you need to throw all the stuff that wasn’t used for more than a few months, and stop lying yourself that you will use it sometime in the future.
Unless is gold or silver, if you didn’t use it lately, make sure that you’ll hardly ever use it. Once the space is freed, you can start to arrange the useful things and take note of them.

In the same pattern functions the mind. In order to use the information, you have to throw away all the useless information and the habit to gather those information.
Ask your self honestly, is the information that you acquire going to help you now or in the long run? Imagine that you keep getting the same type of info for the next 10 years and see if you end up where you want to be.
People always say that they want to achieve this or that, but if you ask them what they do in order to obtain what they want, you will see that most of their time is wasted in useless habits.
It is not easy to escape the old habits since they became automatic, but with dedication and practice one can start to adopt new useful habits and get rid of useless habits.
As with all the new things that people start to learn it will seem very hard in the beginning, but start with baby steps and don’t discourage if you fail.
If you eventually learned to walk as a baby even though you fell thousands times, why would it be any harder to learn a new habit, even if you fail a few times?
You are the living proof that you can always learn something new and useful, as long as you want that. Look at the children, is any child never ever want to learn to walk after he fell? No, he just keep on trying, and trying until succeeds.
Are you sick and tired of  your present situation? Great, now accept the fact that you feel whatever you feel about your situation and start to make baby steps in the direction where you want to get.
Accept all the blaming thought  that you’re having towards others or towards yourself. You may think that you are not responsible for your current situation, and you may be right, or not, but for sure you are responsible for what you’re going to do from now on. Continuing to blame yourself or others for your situation will never free you from the situation, but starting to take responsibility for your current actions, will eventually get you out of the undesired situation.

I resemble life with going on a mountain trip.
First thing, you need a destination. I keep hearing about life purpose and stuff, but i tend to believe that there’s no such thing. You just set a destination and start to drive towards it.
Unless you fix the destination, you will just keep wandering around the neighborhood. Same goes in life, if you don’t set a goal, you’ll only wander around. Not saying that is something bad, some people may like this life style, but today it became a luxury which can not be afforded by many.
Second, you need a map. What is the map needed for? To go into foreign places, where you never been before. Who knows, maybe you’ll like it better there.
The problem with the map is that it may not be accurate, and thus you will have to make more efforts to reach your destination.
Ok, now that we know the destination and we have the map, we start our journey.
Along the road you may find different things to capture your attention. You may see a nice meadow with lots of beautiful flowers, some cute squirrels,  you may have to climb a tree because a boar is chasing you … who knows, there are many things to see in a mountain trip. Keep in mind though, that the longer you give attention to those things, the longer it will take you to reach the destination, so you better keep going.
You keep going and going and suddenly, you realize that you’re lost. You don’t know how, the map is not that good, the signs can not be found, the boar chased you and you ran for your life.
The certain thing is that you’re lost and you’re in an unknown place and that frightens you.
What is to be done now? Let’s say you beat yourself up and wonder how dumb you were to take that no good map, why oh why you ever went to the mountain trip and all kinds of other wonderful thoughts regarding your awesome personality. Let’s say you do that for a few hours and amazing … you’re still in the same place, nothing changed. How the fu*king dumb sh*t grrrr is that possible? You blamed yourself so beautifully, you cursed those who gave you the map with the most skilled words you could find, you cursed the motherfuc*ing boar for nothing? Mmmm, i’m afraid so, all the thoughts and blames were for nothing. Absolutely nothing changed, you’re still in the same place.
Of course, you can continue to curse and blame for many other hours if you’re still not convinced that is useless ( and hey, some people may do this until they die of thirst or hunger and still not learn from it), but eventually, if you still have some common sense, you will start to use your practical mind.
So, either trace back and find your path or if you’re confident and skillful enough you can make your way trough those unknown lands to get to some point from your map.
You may wonder some time till you regain confidence that you’re on the right tracks, but if you have the basic skills and common sense make sure you’ll find the way.
How does it feel know? going trough all the panic and fear and yet surviving and finding your way? Yes i know, it feels great.
Keep going, keep going,  you’re not at your destination yet. There are still peaks to climb and if you’re not very careful when doing that or if the weather is not on your side, you’d better stop and rest, otherwise you may fall some hundred meters in the abyss and you don’t want that, do you?
Finally, after so many adventures in a simple mountain trip, you’re there, at the very desired destination. You are the man, you could do it despite all the dangers, who else is like you? You feel like screaming, you feel so good and powerful and for a moment you forget everything and start to enjoy the view. You feel alive.
But that moment doesn’t last for long, you remember that you have to return,  you have to face other dangers and damn you had enough of them and yet you have to return.
For a moment you dream how would it be if you never return, if you keep on going to other unknown lands, but the dream disappears fast, there are so many things that ties you up,
you need to go back to your family, back to your job, you just can’t leave them all behind.
As you make your way back, is getting dark. You hear a wolf  howl, and then another, and then dozen others. They’re approaching, you feel your heart beating, you feel your body shaking, you are so aware that there is no escape and yet, through all that fear, you remain calm. Now you finally realize that you will have to leave everything behind and that all the ties that bonded you were just illusions of your mind. You’re free at last.

Conclusions from this story :
- if you want a safer trip always get a good updated map. Lands and signs are not forever the same, they change as the external factors acts upon them
- having a good map will not necessary mean that your trip will be safe, but will improve the chances for you not to get lost
- having a safe trip doesn’t mean is going to be a thrilling trip, but usually having a good map will tend to keep you away from the thrills
- the more you are distracted from your destination, the longer it will take to reach it, but ignoring all the distractions will deprive you from enjoying them
- when you’re in an undesirable situation is useless to blame yourself or others for it, no matter how tempting it is, the situation will not change in better if you do that
- don’t take risks unless very aware of your steps, you may fall into the abyss
- when you reach your destination, stop and enjoy for moment, don’t rush to another destination, it might be your last joyful moment
- all the ties that bond us are just mental phantoms, some day we will have to leave everything behind
- we usually realize that we are free only in no escape situations, and sometimes that is too late

Final conclusions:
- our senses are often delusive, so a good taste doesn’t always mean you’re going to feel good after you eat something tasty; if you eat crap you’ll feel like crap; if you eat tasty crap you’ll still feel like crap;  therefor don’t act on the impulse of the moment, most of the time instant gratifications have a high price which doesn’t worth.
- there may be trips without a destination but there’s no destination without a trip
- is all about how you feel, if you don’t feel good and keep doing same things you’ll eventually end up feeling worse and then you  die; when a car starts to give signs of breakdown, if you don’t fix it it will eventually break; same goes with humans, and yet they chose to ignore the signs as if their bodies are everlasting.
- if you feel good about what you do, you’ll still going to end up dead, but at least you enjoyed your time here, so is all up to your choices
- life is all about choices and endless possibilities that will arise from those choices, so make your own choices and take responsibility, don’t just let other make choices for you and then you start to blame them. See the story conclusions about blaming.
